Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivered date of order. Returns are allowed for defective/wrongly sent items, as well as a change of mind. Please send us an email explaining your request before you send the item back to us.
For returns of defective/wrong item, we will mail you a Returns Mailer Bag within 3 days of our confirmation.
For returns where you have a change of mind, you may proceed to mail** it back to us once you’ve received our Return Form via email us at [email protected]

**We strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
Once we have received your parcel, we will send a confirmation email to inform you that we have received your parcel and will provide an estimated refund processing period, which typically is within 7 to 14 working days. You’ll get a refund to the original form of payment, starting with any store credit you utilised. For returns of defective/wrongly sent item, we will also refund the shipping charges incurred, if any.
Important To Note:
- To qualify for a return, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (eg. New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached).
- Little Treasures Swap Tag must be intact (not removed) when you return.
- Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivered date of order.
- Please check and let us know as soon as possible once you detect anything wrong with your order.
- All returns have to be accompanied by a Return Form.
