I changed my mind and want to return. Is it possible?

Yes, it’s possible! We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Hence, it is all right to change your mind. We offer free exchanges and refunds/returns – no questions asked! Please do note that exchange for the same item is usually not possible as our items are mostly pre-owned.

Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivered date of order.

Please follow the following steps to process your returns.

Step 1: Email Subject: Returns – Change of Mind

Email us at [email protected], with the above subject and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 2: LTS send you a Return Form

Please fill in the Return Form and include into your return parcel.

Pack the item and completed Returns Form together in your return bag and mail to:

Note:

  1. Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivered date of order.
  2. We are very sorry that delivery charges incurred for Returns for Change of Mind will not be reimbursed.
  3. We strongly encourage you to use a traceable mode of delivery (such as Registered Mail, Singpost Smartpac) to prevent lost of parcel.
  4. Currently, only Returns by mail is available.

 

Step 4: Confirm Receipt of Returns

Once we have received your parcel, we will send a confirmation email to inform you that we have received your parcel and will provide an estimated refund processing period, which typically is within 7 to 14 working days.

Step 5: Refunds

Our refund processing period is within 7 to 14 working days from the date we receive your parcel.

You’ll get a refund to the original form of payment, starting with any store credit you utilised.

 

Important To Note:

  1. To qualify for a return, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (eg. Original packaging, New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached).
  2. Little Treasures Swap Tag must be intact (not removed) when you return.
  3. Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivered date or order.
  4. Please check and let us know as soon as possible once you detect anything wrong with your order.

I have received a wrong / defective item, how do I return it?

We’re sorry that we’ve not met with your expectations. We will strive to make it right by offering free returns/refund.

Step 1: Email Subject: Returns – Defective/Wrong Item

Email us at [email protected], with the above subject and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 2: Use our Returns Mailer Bag

Once we have ascertained that the item is indeed wrong/defective, we will mail you a Returns Mailer Bag within 3 days of our confirmation.

Step 3: Return Item

Pack the item and completed Returns Form together in our Returns Mailer Bag and proceed to drop it into the Singapore Post letterbox. If the parcel cannot be fitted into the post box, please drop it at any of the Singapore Post Centres.

You may also choose to return using other modes. However, we are very sorry that charges incurred for using other modes of return delivery will not be reimbursed.

Step 4: Confirm Receipt of Returns

Authenticity and Quality

All items listed on our website are subject to a rigorous authenticity checks. We are very stringent on our quality control and only accepts items that are of authentic and produced by well-known brands. These brands must have either a retail or online presence. We undertake to sell only items of new, excellent or in good condition for use. All items sold on our site have undergone strict checks and sanitized to ensure parents peace of mind.

How do we evaluate the condition of the items?

We take great care in selecting and preparing the items that we obtained from parents. Any items that do not meet our firm acceptance criteria are rejected. To ensure you buy with ease, we will tag the items using 4 different condition categories: New with Tag, Like New, Excellent and Good.

New with Tag – These are new items that come with tags.

Like New – These are items which probably have been used once or twice only, or could be washed but not yet used.

Excellent – These are items which have been used but really well taken care of.

Good – These are items which will show some signs of use but definitely not torn or stained (unless otherwise stated).

How do you price the items?

When we’re pricing the items, we consider several different criteria such as the brand, model, retail price, condition and the demand.

The strikethrough retail price shown next to the item represents the estimated original retail price of a comparable item of the same quality, style, brand and material, offered elsewhere, in new condition.

While we acknowledge our pricing may not be represent accurately, we strive to provide fair and accurate pricing information. Our estimated retail prices are set by monitoring market prices for the brands and styles at we sell. If the estimated retail price is an important factor in your purchasing decision, we encourage that you do your own comparison shopping as well.

How do I check the size of the items?

We will attach a picture of the size label if the item comes with it. You may check the sizing measurement in the respective brands website to be sure. If there isn’t any labels, our team will hand measure and provide the measurement and indicate on the product description area. How do you ship my order?

Currently, we only ship locally. Local deliveries are sent via our shipping partners. Delivery charges are at a flat rate of S$5. FREE local delivery for orders over S$50.

How can I find my information about my order?

You can find you order history on your order history page:

  1. Click on “Log In”
  2. Click “My Orders”

How can I change or cancel my order?

Typically, an order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. However, we can try our best to assist to cancel it within an hour of the order being submitted, while it is still processing in the system.

Please whatsapp us or email us during office hours. During non-office hours, please email us, as we might be unavoidable to answer to your message. It’s likely that we won’t be able to cancel your order, but we will do our best to assist you.

Why are some of my items in the cart locked?

This happens when some of the items in your cart are purchased by another customer. Being a consignment site, there is only one of each item listed to the site. All items on our site are unique, pre-owned items from our users or littletreasuresswap.sg.

Items in your cart aren’t reserved and can still be purchased by anyone. Once an item is purchased, it will become unavailable. If you’re using the website, you can view the item and see if there are similar items listed. You will need to remove any unavailable items from your cart in order to proceed with checking out.

What is the difference between Consignment terms and Store Credits terms?

For Consignment terms, cash payout will be credited in your account only when a sale is made.

We strongly recommend that you choose your payout with Store Credits. Once your items are received and processed, you will receive Store Credits in your e-Wallet, managed under your Account on our website. This enables you shop instantly! No need to wait till a sale is made. It’s a hassle-free and convenient!

What is the Consignment percentage?

Example 1:

List Price                 : S$20

Consignment %       : 30%

Sales Proceeds       : S$20 x 30% = S$6

What are the items you accept?

Please refer to our Acceptance Guideline. Generally, we accept children apparels, toys and accessories. These items must be of great, reusable condition. Brand new with Tags items are usually best sellers!

Unacceptable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are out of style or dated, with stains, marks, pet hair, odors, missing buttons, missing labels, broken zippers, imperfections. Also please do not send us any items with excessive wear, fading, pilling, fraying, has shrinkage, holes or tears. We also do not accept items that are made by random factories.

What happens to my unacceptable items?

There are 2 options for you, and you must indicate in the Collection Form. You can choose either:

  1. Donate to Charity of our choice
  2. Request for Return

Request Return : FREE! If total Resale value above S$160

If you choose to have your items return to you, it will be FREE of charge if the total acceptable items have a minimum value of S$160 resale list price, in a single collection.

If the total resale list price falls below S$160, there will be a S$10 delivery charge/trip.

Resale List Price : The price we list your item on our website.

When we’re pricing the items, we consider several different criteria such as the brand, model, retail price, condition and the demand in the marketplace. We will also monitor current resale price of similar brand & style item in the marketplace.

How do I send in my items?

Please email ([email protected]) or whatsapp (90101784) us for a FREE* pickup service! Please make sure you have at least 8 items that are acceptable. Kindly refer to our Acceptance Guideline for more information.

Can I change my Consignment Term to Store Credit Terms?

Currently, this request has to be on case-by-case basis. Rest assured, we will try to fit into your request whenever possible.

Can I request for a return before the Consignment expiry date?

Yes, you may feel free to request for a return before the consignment term ends. Please note that the cost of return will be borne by the Seller.  Please email us at [email protected] for your request or for more information.

How long is this consignment term?

The current consignment term is 1 year, from the date we list the item on our website.

What happens after the consignment term expires?

We will either send you an offer to buy your items at a proposed price, or proceed to return the items to you. Please note that the cost of return will be borne by the Seller.

How do you make my items sell faster?

We take every effort in promoting our platform to drive traffic to our website. Besides selling and promoting on various online market place, we will also participate in offline events like parents and children fair, to sell the items offline.

How do I check the status of the sale?

You can check the status of the sale in “Consignment Record” page under your Account.

How do I check and/or cash out my payout?

  1. Check Sales Proceeds : Please proceed to click on Account/Consignment Record page to check the total sales proceed.

  2. Request for Payout : You can request for the payout anytime, as long as it has a minimum of S$20. Payout request will be via email request at [email protected], typically processed within 14 working days.

  3. Payout Methods : Currently, payout methods can be via Bank transfer or PayNow.

  4. Process Duration : Proceed will be held for up to 21 days, to account for any returns or disputes by the buyer. After which, you can request for a payout of your earnings into your bank account.

What is the difference between Store Credit terms and Consignment terms?

For Consignment terms, cash payout will only be credited in your account when a sale is made.

When will I receive my store credits after I’ve sent you my items?

We will take about 14-21 working days to process and list your items on our website. After the items have been listed, store credits will be credited into your e-Wallet.

How do I check for my store credits?

You can check your store credits in your e-Wallet under your Account.

Will I be able to see a list of the items you accept in my Account?

The accepted items will not be recorded online. You will be able to see a summarized list of accepted items with pictures reference, in the Collection Form.

What is the expiry date of the store credits?

There is no expiry date of usage for the store credits.

What if I cannot utilise the store credits?

Currently, we do not offer cash payout. There is no expiry date of the store credits, we‘re sure you will find something you like! If you have any suggestion or preference of any products, please email us at [email protected] to let us know and we’ll try our best to offer to you.

Can I request for a return of my unsold items?

Withdrawal requests are not available. Thus, it is highly advisable for you to not include any items which you might have second thoughts about selling to us.

Can I change my Store Credit Terms to Consignment Terms?

We apologise that this request is not available currently.

Little Treasures Swap (“LTS”) will be responsible for the safe keeping of all seller’s accepted items while they are in its custody.

LTS shall not be liable for any losses, shortages or damages.
